The Charles Restaurant stands for grilled specialties and real dry-aged beef, aged on the bone with Himalayan salt in a dry aging cabinet for up to 4 weeks. The open show kitchen provides unique insights into the fresh preparation of meals and makes every stay an unforgettable experience. In the afternoon and evening, our guests can indulge themselves with our select range of dishes and wines. Every morning, the restaurant is transformed into a breakfast paradise that seats up to 130 people. Our revitalizing international breakfast buffet provides our guests with the energy they need to enjoy a successful day.
